Our Story
In 2009, Scott Goci graduated from college in a challenging economy and found it difficult to find a job. He was discouraged by the lack of usability and poor search capabilities of job boards. He partnered up with Mike Kling and TrueJob was born.
While developing the TrueJob hosted job board solution, Scott and Mike realized that many people find jobs through communities: groups of people with a common interest or in a specific geographic region. Therefore, they targeted their product to community organizations who sought to connect companies looking for talent with job seekers.
TrueJob is a powerful and strategic tool for economic development organizations, chambers of commerce and member associations to provide great value to the people they serve.
